1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- It must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the withdrawal notification.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer without a refund.
3. Products Excluded from Return
For hygiene and legal reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Underwear or intimate garments
- Used personal accessories
- Sale or clearance items, except in case of defect
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- There was a shipping error (wrong item, incorrect size, etc.)
In such cases, Clothing Opulence will cover the costs and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

6. Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 7 to 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will include the product price and, where applicable, standard shipping costs (not including express or premium methods), unless the return is due to customer-related reasons.
7. Size or Product Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or an alternative product, you will need to make a return and place a new order through our website.
